During the inauguration ceremony the objectives and plan of the event were presented. First- and second -graders prepared stalls with typical and traditional foods from the countries participating in the project.

We had an opportunity to taste yummy dishes from Italy or Poland. Additionally, the members of the Project Club arranged the so-called “Erasmus corner” with information about the programme and participants of the upcoming exchange. Everyone could talk to the participants of the next exchange in private. They answered all the question willingly. The students, following a folk tradition, also made the marzannas of various origins. There were marzannas from Turkey, Italy, Spain and Romania. The jury selected the best ones. In addition, first-graders were involved in the presentation of the national dances of the partner countries. We could admire dances like kujawiak or Turkish halay. The highlight of the event was the football tournament that took place on the school pitch. Despite bad weather, students pushed themselves to the limit.

The event met its objectives. It promoted the project Erasmus + in the local community, developed students' interest in the Project Club, and also let them have good fun.
