Participants of the event:

Students of class 1b and class 2b of Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. Bolesława Chrobrego in  Gryfice and students taking part in a photography competition "Z książką w obiektywie" from schools from Gryfice and Kamień Pomorski districts:

• Liceum Ogólnokształcącego im. Bolesława Krzywoustego in Kamień Pomorski,

• Liceum Ogólnokształcącego im. Bolesława Chrobrego in Gryfice,

• Zespołu Szkół Ponadgimnazjalnych im. Zbigniewa Herberta in Trzebiatów,

• Gimnazjum im. I Armii Wojska Polskiego in Płoty,

• Gimnazjum nr 3 z Oddziałami Dwujęzycznymi in Gryfice.

 

Objectives of the event:

1. Expanding students’ knowledge of literature from the countries from which Erasmus+ project partners come by organising a photography contest "Z książką w obiektywie".

2. Getting to know the background of World Book and Copyright Day as well as the role that Spain played in promoting the celebration.

3. Promoting reading and Erasmus + programme by the means of modern technologies.

4. Exploring the secrets of the art and craft of writing –a meeting with a writer,  Mrs Dorota Schrammek.

5. Promoting literature of the countries countries from which Erasmus+ project partners come among the youth from Gryfice and Kamień Pomorski districts as well as  the town of Gryfice.

 

 

Programme of the event:

1. Students get to know the history of the Erasmus programme and the history of celebrating World Book and Copyright Day.

2. Meeting with a writer, Mrs Dorota Schrammek.

3. Announcing the results of the photography competition "Z książką w obiektywie". The contest involved presenting photographs of books from the countries – participants of Erasmus+ project.

4. Opening of the exhibition of photographs taken by the participants of the competition Z książką w obiektywie. The exhibition is held in Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. Bolesława Chrobrego in Gryfice.

5. In May – the exhibition presenting how Erasmus+ project is carried out in Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. Bolesława Chrobrego in Gryfice as well as the exhibition of photographs – competition entries will be held in Local Library in Gryfice  (Miejska Biblioteka Publiczna im. Zbigniewa Załuskiego). The exhibition will be open to the local community.
